Licensing and attribution

Who owns each component, and on what terms you may use it.

Components published here

Each author retains the rights to what they publish. Components published on this platform are available under the MIT license unless their author states otherwise on the component page. You are free to copy, modify and use them commercially.

Imported components

Part of the catalogue is imported from public registries. Every imported component carries its original author, license and source link, and remains governed by that original license — not by this platform's terms.

What was not imported, and why

A registry is not added unless its license explicitly permits redistribution. These were checked and excluded:

  • Origin UI — AGPL-3.0. Redistribution would impose AGPL on this entire service.
  • Aceternity UI, Tailark, Animate UI no verifiable license file on any published repository.
  • 21st.dev components belong to individual authors under their own terms.

Takedown requests

If you authored a component you believe is listed here without the right to be, tell us and it comes down immediately, no argument.

The platform code

The platform's own source is separate from the catalogue content and is governed by its operator's license.
